tkt8763-01: Desire for assistance

Shannon sent this email to the class list, but I don't think it went
through.  Since this same problem has happened to me in the past, I
suppose I need to tell everybody what could have caused this message not
to have gone through in the beginning.

Apparently, the automatic list processor (a computer) doesn't like for
your Subject: line to have a unix command in it.  So, if your Subject: has
the word "help," for example, it will bounce back to the list owner
(that's me).

For that reason, I am sending it again....this time with a slight
modification to the original subject.  Rather than using the word "help,"
I decided to substitute the phrase, "Desire for assistance."  Hopefully,
this will allow the message to pass through to the list...and not be
interpreted as a command by the all-wise (tongue in cheek) computer.
