FW: tkt8763-01: TP: Winning/Losing

Hi All,

A plan which discusses budget constraints and talks of future maintenance
considerations and future upgrading of the technology seems to me to be
more executable and reliable. A committee that can plan for these budget
considerations have a well thought out plan and are looking into the future
of technology.

As we examine a wide variety of technology plans from all over the world,
I would like to ask you to consider something very carefully.

Q: What would be a main "tell-tale" sign that a technology planning
document is bound for success....or is bound for failure? Is there
something you can see, almost as soon as you look at the physical planning
document that you would consider as a "dead giveaway"?

Now, don't be bashful. The only people I expect to respond to this are
the ones who want to pass this semester! 8-) <-that's a smile with
                                                  glasses!
