In response to Dr. A's question about what you feel is a "dead giveaway"
on whether a technology plan will succeed or fail, I feel that if there is
a detailed evaluation program and a detailed updating program the
technology plan will succeed.  I believe these two items are essential in
keeping a plan up-to-date.  These programs will force the school, school
district, or state to keep monitoring the implementation ideas and keep
making changes to the plan.
