I was just watching a local news cast at 5:00, and the news flash was
similar to the discussions we had in class. The channel to tune in to is
channel 4. For the most part the news anchor woman stated that the state
of Mississippi is funding some local school districts with an over 1
million dollar "grant" for improvement and training in the realm of
Technology for the up coming generation. She also stated that the "eight"
institutions of higher learning were "pitching in" their help with this
"project". I have not forgotten to give the "tell-tale" signs of a
successful or failed Tech Plan, I just don't really think I "know" enough
yet. Furthermore, I hope this e-mail informs some present, past, or
future "EDUCATOR" of what Mississippi is doing for the sake of Technology
and our children.
