Well, it has taken me a while to really know what to say.  And still, I am
not sure if this will make any sense to the rest of you.  It makes sense
in my mind...but that is a different story.  Anyway, I think a technology
plan has a "tell-tale" sign of success if the implementations have been
evaluated and changed, if needed.  Obvioulsy, things don't always happen
the way we plan them.  But, if something goes wrong, we have the ability
to do something about it.  However, if they plan is not evaluated, how do
you know if it works correctly and efficiently?

I hope this makes sense.  Dr. Anderson, you probably are making faces at
me again, but I can understand it now.  It's hard to follow what I am
thinking sometimes.
