tkt8763-01: Query> RealPlayer setup via AOL?

Today, I had a person call me who is:
  a) Not a computer expert;
  b) Using AOL Version 4.0 for Windows
  c) Not even familiar with the term "browser"
  d) Wanting to install RealPlayer G2
  e) Using a 133 Mhz Pentium, running Win95.

She wants to listen to the jazz concert Tuesday night. She lives in
Georgia, so it's not easy to walk over to her house and set this up for
her.

I haven't used AOL in many years and don't know how it accesses the
web...so I am turning to one/some of you.

Does this version of AOL use the proprietary AOL browser, or does she have
a way of using N'scape or Internet Explorer? I believe AOL bought
Netscape, so it makes sense to me that one could launch N'scape from
inside AOL.

This whole thing needs to be as simple as possible. While some people
might chuckle at the novice level of this user, at least she's trying.
So, let's see how we can work together to provide a solution to this
person.

Any ideas/information? Thanks a bunch.
