tkt8763-01: first attempt

Hello out there:

This is my first attempt to communicate with the rest of the class. Yes, I
am slow, but I am finally figuring this thing out.  Gail Muse, Steve Diffey
and I got a late start with the class and we have been trying to sort
ourselves out as Internet participants.  Gail & I work at Hinds Community
College and Steve is at Holmes Community College.  Are there other Internet
participants out there?

Thank you Christopher & Raydene for the update.  Thank you Leigh Case for
the very helpful list of web page links.

I have finally got the beginnings of a web page set up - no info added yet,
but I hope to have some critiques and etc. added in the next few days.
