tkt8763-01: Donated computers

I think donated computers are a good idea, but it all depends on the
school district and what its needs are. We are facing the same situation
here at Holmes Community College. The school purchased a lot of
computers during the 1998 summer and most of the computers are sitting
in the warehouse. Plans are to call the districts in our area to see if
they can use these machines for something. I would say they can. Most of
them were fully functional, but they couldn't be updated very well.
Anyway, this act seems to be a good one.
