Q: What would be a main "tell-tale" sign that a technology planning
document is bound for success....or is bound for failure? Is there
something you can see, almost as soon as you look at the physical
planning
document that you would consider as a "dead giveaway"?
I think that the tell-tale sign would be the money available for the
projects. If you don't have the money to upgrade or add to exisiting
technology then your plan will fail. You can open a plan up and look for
a budget .You know that this will be a fairly expensive project to begin
with so you have to look at what the district or business for that
matter plans on spending.
