tkt8763-01: Case Study & Evaluation Model

Dr. Anderson (and anyone else who would like to reply),

I am concerned about this case study and evaluation model.  Being a visual 
learner, is there any place on the Internet where I can view a previous case 
study and evaluation model that was completed by a SIPer in the past?

I just need a starting place.  For me, starting is the hardest thing.
