tkt8763-01: WebPage

I have made updates to my webpage:
         http://www.warbucks.com/april/index2.html#Index

However, it has been brought to my attention that some people cannot view my
page and some can only see portions of my page. I am new at this webpage
making thing and I have been told that my page displays differently in
different browsers (netscape, explorer) and also in different versions of
the same browser. At work, I use Netscape and my page looks the way I
designed it. At home, I use a different version on Netscape and my pages
are there but the font colors are gone (everything is black) and the
alignment of my text is messed up. However, I also have Explorer at home
and my pages look exactly the way I designed them with the exception that
the font is bigger. I am unsure of how to correct this problem.

Any suggestions? I used Microsoft Word (web template) to create my webpage,
this may have something to do with it;I am just not familiar enough with
html text to create a webpage that way.

Thanks for any help.
