Classmates -- 

We, Jeanie Boone, Leigh Case, and I, are in the process of developing our
technology evaluation model and we have come across a bump in the road.
In the implementation stage, Dr. A talks about phases of implementation
and recruiting personnel to help with this.  Can someone explain this to
us.  We are at a stopping point because we can not decide what this means
exactly.  Thanks for your help --
