I tried to find Dr. Jan Van Dam's article at the web site that Christopher
Wolney gave us in his notes.  I found the brief description about her article,
but did not find the article in it's entirity.  Can someone help me find it?
Also, I did not get the url http://www.dosn.org/tco to work.  Can someone help
me?  Thanks.
