Hi all,

Have several updates to the web site.

I usually do not post with updates but decided to since some have asked 
specific questions that I may have partial answers to which could help.

Evaluation Model is at

more than a previous email in HTML format.

A method of a technology audit is at 
http://www.ebicom.net/~wolney/sip/critique/audit.html This elaborates what 
I talked about in class.

Have reviewed several tape sets at 
http://www.ebicom.net/~wolney/sip/sip.html I find all of these tape sets 
have the same common philosophy which may entail the answer to several of 
our questions. Every plan whether for technology implementation or world 
domination needs to go follow the following.
1. Clearly written goals.
2. Desire to achieve goals.
3. Detailed plan of how and when goals are to be achieved.
4. Continuous evaluation of goals, desire, and plan to ensure that you are 
proceeding along the right path.

Well that all I got. Go ahead and search around. The critiques are rather 
long but are mostly written for me so I can remember what is in the tape 
set after I no longer possess it.
