Hey fellow sippers,

I feel somewhat better after reading through everyone's question and 
concern's.  I am really impressed with so much of what I have seen on 
everyone's webpage.  I think we have all done alot of impressive work.

Tammy, I think you have some good ideas about the staff development.  I have 
been in similar staff development where there were extremes on the 
technology levels of the participants.  I think technology staff development 
would best serve all participant if you were grouped by ability.  I am like 
you though I not sure where to start on developing my ideas in to a webified 
tool.

I guess in my flight I have flown into a cloud.  I am not sure what is meant 
by TCO.  Could anyone give me some advise or thought on this.
