In Senete Bill 3350 an item that caught my
attention.... Section 19-6-a-c.  "Develope a long
range mater plan for the efficient and equitable use
of technology at ALL levels from primary through
higher levels..."  I am trying to develop a easy
simple survey so that it can be used to determine if
in fact schools are compling with this section...
putting technology in  all levels of school, and
monitoring this action. 

Don't know if I have helped anyone.... somedays my
swiming pool is real murky.... others are clear as a
spring water..

Ahhhhh Friday has arrived..
