tkt8763-01: Help Needed with Assignment #9

I sent a message to Rachel earlier requesting help with assignment #9, 
however, I meant to send this to the whole class.

I visited Rachel's interactive planning aid, and I thought it was great.  My 
weakness is understanding how to set this up on my MSU webpage so that it is 
interactive and actually works. Does anyone have any advice for me.  Working 
with online databases is my weakness, and something that I struggled with 
last semester.  I would like to overcome that weakness.
