 Ms. Zhao, Bitao 1972 ~ 2000 Ms. Zhao, Bitao, wife of Dr. Huajie Zhu in Chemistry Department, Mississippi State University, passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2000 at UMC Hospital in Jackson, Mississippi due to the brain tumor and post-surgery syndrome. She was only 27 years old. She is survived by a three-month-old son and her beloved husband, Dr. Huajie Zhu who still can not accept this cruel fact at present. Ms. Zhao was born on Dec. 31 1972 in China. She came to Mississippi State Univeristy in Starkville several months ago to join her husband, Dr. Zhu. This sad news makes us, not to mention the husband, feel deep sorrow to imagine that a baby will not even know what his mother looked like and will never see his mother's pretty smile or hear her sweet voice throughout his life. It happened in a short period of time within several weeks. The injured family will really need a long time to heal from such a sorrow.
