The Maroon Volunteer Center wants to know how many hours of community service that MSU students are completing. We know that MSU students are very active in the community, yet it would be great if we could keep track of the work being done so that we can brag on our students.  Our hope is to say that MSU students do more volunteer work per student than any college or university in the state.  We need your help to do this.

The Student Organization Log Form is for MSU student organizations that go out into the community and do volunteer work as a group.  A couple of examples of this would be building a Habitat House as a group or taking relief trips to the Gulf Coast.  There must be two or more from an organization working on a project to use this form.  This form is designed to be used for separate projects and not everyone in your organization has to work the same amount of time on each project.

The Individual Form is to record the volunteer hours that you completed if you do volunteer work on your own time. This can include service work that you do by yourself or with a few friends that is not organized or sponsored by a student organization on campus.
