In May of 1995, The Gamma Beta Phi Society established The Gamma Beta Phi Society Endowed Scholarship Fund at Mississippi State University. Candidates for The Gamma Beta Phi Society Scholarship must:
1. Be full-time students at Mississippi State University.
2. Be a member of The Gamma Beta Phi Society and be in "good standing." To be in good standing, a member must remain in the top 30% of his class and must earn the required number of activity points per semester.
3. Be classified as a junior or senior.
4. Have demonstrated academic achievement, a minimum of 3.5 GPA based on a 4.0 system.
5. Be of good moral character and have demonstrated leadership ability and financial need.
6. Complete application form provided by The Gamma Beta Phi Society.
Two $500.00 Scholarships will be awarded in the Spring
semester.
Applications are due 4 weeks prior to the induction held in April. The
completed application form (linked below) must be submitted with a
transcript
