OCHS is a non-profit organization supported through the contributions of generous individuals and the United Way. We are dedicated to serving the animals and people in our community. Volunteers provide food and medical care for unwanted, abused and neglected animals. We place animals into humane environments. The society promotes awareness of the need to spay/neuter animals to eliminate pet over-population. We offer educational programs and other services designed to create a more responsible and humane world.

Emergency Response Information: OCHS has developed a pet disaster kit. The Humane Society of the United States has an extensive disaster response link.
