Text Box: Over the next few weeks the Active Chapter with the help of our Alumni Advisor, John Hendricks, will be attempting to update our address database. Over the past number of years the address list has become less and less accurate. Recently we have made strides in the amount of alumni that we have been interacting with. We hope that this will continue and we can get to know even more alumni. But, we have to ask Text Box: for the help of every alumni that receives this newsletter. We need your help in order to contact the people from your class that we have lost. We would also like to start a list of alumni e-mail addresses so that we have the ability to e-mail this newsletter to our alumni. Ideally we will be able to reach all alumni in two ways, by paper mail and e-mail. This is the first step in many to achieving a thriving Epsilon Chi Alumni Program. Text Box: So, we need you to think about who you know from your times in the Fraternity who may have become disconnected. If you talk to any fellow brother please ask if he receives a newsletter and if he doesn’t please refer him to the website (www.msstate.edu/org/lca/change.html). On the website there is an alumni change of address form, which when filled out, is automatically emailed to the active Chapter.
Text Box: associates. This semester we have much to look forward to with Spring Party and Founder’s day approaching quickly. Our main goal for the semester is to recruit and to make good grades. These two tasks may sound simple in principle, but we are working hard to ensure that we can meet the requirements that Housing Text Box: The new year brought about a new group of officers who were ready to begin a working hard to better the fraternity. In January, the chapter initiated 12 outstanding brothers. These men are now Epsilon Chi 1102 to 1113. We have also been working hard to recruit this semester and we currently have 10 spring Text Box: Corps has set for us. The active chapter would like to emphasize how much we have appreciated the renewed attention we have been receiving over the past year. Text Box: Over the past six months the chapter has been working to better improve our website. We know that many alumni check the website regularly and we need to update it as often as possible. Our current webmaster, Andrew Evans, has instituted new programs for alumni to communicate with each other. There is a forum now set up which will allow alumni to see each
