2005 Pledge Sale - October 20, 2005

As part of the pledging process, Block and Bridle requires pledges to be sold for 15 hours of work.  The pledge sale is a livestock auction...of sorts.  Pledges were sold based on what kind of animal they were preparing for the Little International.  For instance, a pledge working with a foal sold as a filly or stallion...or in some cases a gelding...The Starkville community gets a side-splitting treat every year with this popular event.  This year was the most successful pledge sale in recent years thanks to the efforts of the officer team and the Pledge Marshals, and especially our pledge auctioneer, Brandon Cutrer.
