    Frank J. Williams was awarded the 2006,

       Distinguished Jurist Award Tuesday, March 21

 Since 2001, Frank J. Williams of Richmond, R.I., has served as the chief justice of the chief justice of

 the Rhode Island Supreme Court. Before he assumed the post, Williams served as an associate justice with the

  state's superior court, 1995-2001. Frank J. Williams (c) received the Distinguished Jurist Award from John

 Grant (former President) and Dr. DianeWall (advisor to the Pre-Law Society).
