Need-Based State and Federal Student Financial Aid Programs

Students whose family or individual incomes fall below the established gross income minimums should consider applying for programs such as the Mississippi Higher Education Legislative Plan for Needy Students (The HELP Scholarship) and the federal Pell Grant program.
