An original play by a communication professor is among a select group chosen this year by the world's oldest play publishing company.
"The Art of Dating" by Jeffery S. Elwell will be printed and distributed by Samuel French Inc. The New York City-based company produces approximately 50 playbooks each year for theatrical customers worldwide.
Elwell's play was one of six chosen by Samuel French from more than 150 nominated by various theatrical festivals this year. His work was nominated by Pulse Theater, located on New York's Theater Row, where the play was presented earlier this year.
