Alumni Association elections set for Homecoming weekend

Elections will be held Homecoming weekend to leadership positions with the Mississippi State University Alumni Association and its Board of Directors. Those elected will begin their terms on Jan. 1, 1996.

Alumni were asked in the summer 1995 issue of Mississippi State Alumnus to submit names for consideration for the positions up for election. As a result, the Nominating Committee is prepared to present a slate of names at the association's annual business meeting scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 28, at 10 a.m. in the McCool Hall auditorium. At that time, officially registered delegates of the various alumni chapters will cast their votes for the Nominating Committee's slate, or for other candidates should there be any nominations from the floor. All Mississippi State alumni are invited to attend the meeting.
