GOLF ALUMNI GATHER
More than 50 participants were at Mississippi State last November for Professional Golf Management Alumni Weekend. The fifth annual event brought together graduates and currently enrolled students of the university's PGM program, one of only four in the nation sanctioned by the Professional Golfers' Association. Among those taking part, left to right, were Jon Crane of West Point, Blane Merritt of Starkville, and Will Hill of Augusta, Ga. Crane, a 1998 graduate, is assistant pro at Old Waverly Golf Club, while Merritt, a 1987 graduate, is Mississippi State's director of golf. Hill, a senior, is the program's student-alumni liaison.
