The Alumni Association's Alumni Delegates student group sponsored its first "Graduate Salute" in late April, much to the appreciation of more than 300 graduating seniors who attended. Held on Alumni Drive between the Butler-Williams Alumni Center and Scott Field, the class of 1997 was treated to barbecue, blues music, free gifts to all who registered, and lots of door prizes. The Alumni Delegates plan to make this an annual affair.
