Bush modeled their Mississippi State attire. President Bush was wearing MSU socks, just visible in the photo. Montgomery, who retired from a 30-year career in the U.S. House of Representatives in 1996, currently heads The Montgomery Group, an Alexander, Va.-based lobbying and consulting firm. |
