Looking for a way to show your support of Mississippi State wherever you go? Purchase the Mississippi State University license plate and sport your own tag with the "M-State" logo and the "Serving Mississippi" motto.

Available to all Mississippi residents, more than 2,000 tags have gone on the road in the past six years, with a portion of the proceeds from tag sales supporting the President's Fund for Excellence and the Athletics Department. Out of the $50 annual fee above the normal cost of the tag, $32.50 goes to the university and $1 goes to the Mississippi Burn Center. This portion of the tag fee, a total of $33.50, is tax deductible.

You can purchase your MSU license plate at your county tax accessor's office. Residents of Tennessee also can purchase a Tennessee license plate promoting Mississippi State for $25 above the normal cost of the tag. Proceeds support the Tennessee Arts Commission.
