Let the Sanderson Center help you meet your goals in the New Year with these exciting offers:

--Start off on the right path by tracking your body composition this semester. Stop by the Sanderson Center weight room for a $3 body composition caliper test to see how you can make strides towards improving your body composition. This offer expires March 8.

--Looking for that one-on-one help or let us help you and a co-worker get in shape. Sanderson will be offering half maroon training packages that will accommodate individuals or workout partners with weekly personal training through the beginning of spring break for a discount. --Join us for Boomer Body Blast on Monday and Wednesday at 7 a.m. at the Sanderson Center and connect with a supportive community in a fun class focused on Baby Boomers. Build resilience through arm, leg, and core strengthening exercises and learn moves to improve balance and agility. Regardless of current level of fitness, this class will help lower fat stores, fight diabetes, prevent injuries, reduce stress, and improve mental health. This class has no specific age requirements - if you feel that the class description interests you, then please join us and give it a try.
