Sanderson Center kick starts summer with fitness

Use your free time this summer to kick start your fitness routine or train for a race. Let the Sanderson Center help you with a discounted Maroon Summer Training Package. Training runs June 3- Aug. 2. Workout individually with a certified trainer or with a partner for three sessions weekly.

Also, take your fitness to a higher level with our Summer Boot Camp. The Sanderson Center will have trainers on-site to accommodate various skill levels and help you with weight loss or to train for an exciting mud race. Boot Camp is offered Tuesdays and Thursdays, May 16-July 30. If you can’t make the 6 a.m. class, then stop through on your lunch break at noon.
