Sanderson Center offers free Couch to 5K+10K

Let the Sanderson Center help you train for a race this fall and prepare for the Rec Sports 15th Annual Turkey Trot 5K/10K. We will have leaders training both 5K and 10K participants.
Training sessions begin on Sept. 16 and are on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 6 a.m. Our leaders will take you through this progressive program around campus and the newly constructed track around Chadwick Lake. Open to all current members of the Sanderson Center.
