January 27, 2014
The Mississippi State University Graduate Student Association and the Office of the Graduate School are sponsoring the 12th-annual Graduate Student Research Symposium. This year, the symposium will be held March 22 in the McCool Hall Atrium and adjacent classrooms from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Presenters must be registered, full-time Mississippi State graduate students who are conducting thesis dissertation research, and in good academic standing at the time of abstract submission. Selected participates will receive monetary awards.
MSU graduate students who would like to present should complete and send the registration/abstract submission form at www.grad.msstate.edu/current/orgs/gsa to program chair Roseanne Ellison Scammahorn at firstname.lastname@example.org.
There is no cost to participate.
The deadline for registration and abstract submission is Feb. 28 at 5 p.m.
The symposium, which is open to the entire MSU community, provides graduate students an opportunity to present their research and innovative ideas to a broad and diverse audience.
