Are you looking for a way to relieve stress? Do you want to become more flexible and physically fit?
Yoga Moves at Mississippi State University could be the right fit for you.
Yoga Moves is free to students, faculty and staff with Sanderson Center memberships. All levels, including beginners, are welcome. Sessions are held every Thursday from 5:30-7 p.m. in Studio C of the Sanderson Center.
