'Let's Get Moving with Office & Desk Exercises' workshop Thursday
Having trouble finding a way to fit exercise into your busy schedule? Haven't been able to stick to your new year's resolution to exercise more?
Jason Townsend, fitness director at the MSU Sanderson Center, will present "Office and Desk Exercises" in Room 350 of the Student Health Center on Thursday, Feb. 9. Participants will learn a variety of easy to do stretches and exercise techniques that are safe and simple to practice in the small space of an office or cubicle.
Sessions will begin at 11:15 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Each session will last for approximately one hour. If you are interested in attending one of the sessions, follow the directions below:
1) Go to http://www.hrm.msstate.edu/development/upcoming
2) Under Upcoming Workshops, click on "Office & Desk Exercises" and read the course detail
3) Click on "Register for the workshop" directly below the course detail
4) Enter your MSU NetID and password. Follow the instructions to complete your enrollment.
