Maymester bootcamp keeps fitness from fizzling
Don't let fitness fizzle out in May. The Sanderson Center can help.
Join the Maymester bootcamps from May 8-31:
--Tuesdays: all bodyweight exercises
--Thursdays: tires, weights, and more
Classes begin at 6:10 a.m. in the Sanderson Center's main gym. All fitness levels are welcome, but space is limited.
Stop by the Sanderson Member Services to sign up by the May 4 deadline.
