Sanderson Center continues fitness bootcamps
If you missed the first phase of the Sanderson Center's fitness bootcamps, then you are in luck because there are still a few spots remaining.
The second phase for ALL LEVELS and AMPED will start shortly after Fall Break.
ALL LEVELS, Monday and Wednesday at 6 a.m., Oct. 15-Nov. 7
AMPED, Tuesday and Thursday, Oct. 16-Nov. 8
