Popular morning fitness boot camps are back, and sessions run from 6:05 to 7 a.m.:
All Levels Phases -- Mondays and Wednesdays: Sept. 10-Oct. 3, and Oct. 15-Nov. 7
A.M.P.E.D. Phases -- Tuesdays and Thursdays: Sept. 11-Oct. 4, and Oct. 16-Nov. 8
Also, prepare for the annual Turkey Trot with the Couch to 5K program. This participatory effort will be at 6 a.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, and will start in front of the Sanderson Center on Sept. 10. Get your running shoes ready!
