State Snapshot

SUPREME COURT JUSTICE — U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice Antonin Scalia (l) visited with prominent alumnus Bobby Shackouls (c) and MSU Provost Peter Rabideau prior to his Thursday night campus address. An overflow crowd of 350 in McCool Hall's Taylor Auditorium heard Scalia deliver the 2008 Lamar Conerly Honors Lecture. The program was organized by the Shackouls Honors College, for which Shackouls is the major benefactor and namesake.
