NATIONAL ICE CREAM MONTH — Mississippi State's MAFES Research Support Unit Dairy Manufacturing Plant produces about 9,000 gallons of ice cream a year, including best-seller Muscadine Ripple. The plant is working on a new flavor called Peach Melba to commemorate MSU Extension Service's centennial celebration.
