Our award winning staff is responsible for news and media relations; publications, including Mississippi State Alumnus magazine; marketing communication; and electronic communications, including the university's homepage. Our photography group supports these areas and provides service to the campus community. We also implement and oversee the university's communications plan.

President Keenum and Maholm
GREETINGS FROM HOME - The ceremonial first pitch for the Atlanta Braves was thrown out against the Pittsburgh Pirates at Turner Field on June 4 by Mississippi State University President Mark E. Keenum. The Braves won 5-4 in ten innings. Keenum was greeted by former MSU star and now Atlanta Braves pitcher Paul Maholm after Keenum delivered a strike to start the game. Keenum was honored at the Atlanta Chapter of the MSU Alumni Association's Braves Game Social Reception in the Hank Aaron Room at Turner Field prior to tossing out the first pitch.
