WHAT WE DO
University Relations has been responsible for distributing news and information about Mississippi State University by computer network since 1990. The main information service currently used is the World Wide Web.
The web was designed to be a method of accessing distributed sources of information, and at Mississippi State individual campus units publish information about themselves on the web. University Relations publishes information on the web about the university in general or of interest to a general audience. University Relations also maintains the university's top-level web pages.
