Mississippi State's Office of Sponsored Projects is hosting a ribbon cutting and open house for its new Office of Proposal Services, which assists faculty and staff in the development of compelling funding proposals. Refreshments will be served at the open house/reception. Services offered by the new proposal development office include identifying funding opportunities; managing large, multi-collaborative projects; individual proposal assistance; locating internal and external collaborators; providing samples of successful proposals; learning opportunities relating to grant writing, proposal components, letters of support or commitment, data management plans and formatting; and mentoring and peer review.
