Mississippi State University Libraries is hosting the 12th Annual Charles H. Templeton Ragtime and Jazz Festival with a focus on blues, jazz and ragtime. The Charles H. Templeton Sr. Music Museum on the fourth floor of MSU's Mitchell Memorial Library will be open for patrons to explore.
