Dawg Days: Mindfulness Monday

August 20, 2018
12:00 pm to 2:00 pm

About this event

Mississippi State's Student Counseling Services and the MSU Police Department are sponsoring a "Mindfulness Monday" event on the university's Drill Field. Starting every 15 minutes, activities are designed to encourage participants to pay attention in the present moment without judgment or evaluation, which can improve one's focus and help in managing stress. Stress balls and other free giveaways will be available while supplies last. In case of inclement weather, the event will take place on the first floor of the Colvard Student Union. This event is part of Mississippi State's 13th annual Dawg Days event series. Follow on Facebook @MSUDawgDays and Twitter @msstate_events using hashtag #MSUDawgDays for more information about this and other Dawg Days events. Hail State!
