As part of the MSU on the Move initiative, University Recreation is hosting a free health fair in the Colvard Student Union's second-floor Bill R. Foster Ballroom. Nutritious snacks, giveaways, exercise demonstrations and more will be available. The event is primarily designed for faculty and staff, but interested students are welcome to participate.

Also scheduled for August 1 are an 8:30-9:30 a.m. yoga class on the Drill Field, with yoga mats provided; noon strength class for individuals of all fitness levels in the Union's Foster Ballroom; and 5:30-6:30 p.m. cardio dance class in Studio A on the first floor of the Joe Frank Sanderson Center. Faculty and staff who attend at least two "Fitness on the 1st" events and do not have a current Sanderson Center membership will receive a free 30-day membership trial.
