National Suicide Prevention Week: Backpack Display

About this event

As part of National Suicide Prevention Week, MSU's Department of Health Promotion and Wellness is displaying 1,100 backpacks on the university's historic Drill Field. 1,100 represents the number of college students who die by suicide each year. Information about suicide prevention resources will be available during the event.

The Mississippi State University Student Counseling Services are available to support any students who need assistance.
