About this event

As part of the MSU on the Move initiative, Mississippi State's Department of Health Promotion and Wellness is holding bi-weekly meetings for Healthy Dawgs, an eight-week nutrition and exercise program and accountability group for MSU students, faculty, staff and members of the local and surrounding communities. As members of this group, participants can learn about various health topics and resources, take a grocery store tour, earn special incentives, and enjoy the physical benefits of walking before work or during lunch. The Dawgs Making Strides walking group will meet every Wednesday at 12:15 p.m. and Friday at 7:30 a.m. at the flagpole on the Drill Field.
